Dr. Sam Drake has been a member of the Gaston County Medical Community for over thirty years. He has practiced Gastroenterology since he completed his fellowship training at the University of Texas Health Science Center.
His medical school training was at the Medical University of South Carolina where he graduated AOA. This was followed by an internship and residency at Emory University. There he completed and was Board-Certified in Internal Medicine. He then studied and trained for two years, completing his Gastroenterology fellowship and Board Certification.
